Responsibilities:

• Deliver a top-tier Guest experience by expertly combining food, drinks, and games in an environment designed for maximum enjoyment.
• Proactively keep the direct supervisor fully informed of any significant issues or unusual situations, implementing immediate fixes or suggesting alternative solutions as necessary.
• Provide prompt and accurate service, effectively managing guest wait times, and relaying important information to Guests, fellow Team Members, and Managers.
• Welcome Guests with a genuine smile and positive energy while expertly managing multiple customer service duties.
• Enthusiastically greet all Guests upon their arrival at the area.
• Assist Guests with all inquiries, provide answers as needed, and offer recommendations on items or services.
• Facilitate game assistance by quickly notifying Support Technicians or Management when technical help is required.
• Offer a warm farewell to departing Guests.
• Confirm Guest satisfaction before they leave and extend a sincere invitation for their return.
• Alert a Manager immediately to any Guest who appears to be unhappy or dissatisfied.
• Maintain strict cost control measures by accurately weighing tickets and processing merchandise scans.
• Manage the process of stocking, displaying, and securely storing merchandise in designated areas.
• Oversee the accurate counting and reconciliation of redemption tickets and merchandise inventory.
• Conduct physical merchandise inventory counts during and at the conclusion of the shift, if required.
• Monitor inventory levels, ensuring all necessary supplies are restocked.
• Ensure all work areas consistently meet operational standards.
• Consult with the Manager regarding any areas needing improvement or troubleshooting.
• Regularly check the cleanliness and organized state of the Winner's Circle.
• Ensure all plush toys and display shelves are fully stocked, kept clean, and well-maintained.
• Strategically position and arrange displays to enhance Guest flow and boost product sales.
• Lend support to other Team Members as circumstances demand.
• Cultivate a positive and cooperative professional relationship with all company Team Members to promote high morale, productivity, and overall efficiency.
