Responsibilities:

• Warmly and professionally greet all guests upon arrival.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the menu to assist carryout guests with their orders.
• Accurately and efficiently package food, beverages, and necessary condiments for carryout orders.
• Ensure all orders are prepared correctly and in a timely manner, adhering to company standards.
• Communicate with guests to understand their needs and guide them through menu selections.
• Utilize a headset to coordinate with managers and teammates to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Accurately manage all financial transactions, including cash, credit cards, coupons, and gift cards.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment and practice safe food handling procedures.
• Regularly clean and restock the carryout area and other assigned workstations.
• Safely operate and maintain food prep equipment such as beverage machines and salad cases.
• Ensure the bakery and retail displays are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Address guest concerns professionally and escalate issues to a manager when necessary.
• Answer phone calls promptly and courteously using the company script.
• Input carryout orders into the computer system with precision.
• Assist in the delivery of meals to dine-in guests when needed.
• Support the host team by greeting and seating guests.
• Aid in processing payments for dine-in guests if the cashier is occupied.
• Help with tasks such as bussing tables, rolling silverware, and other duties as assigned.
• May be required to assist with responsibilities in other job categories.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
