Role and Responsibilities:

As a Seasonal Restaurant Team Member, you'll bring country hospitality to life and ensure every guest leaves happy. You'll make the moment by providing friendly service, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and supporting team operations to keep everything running smoothly.

• Serve up smiles and warm hospitality to every guest.
• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Assist with catering and to-go orders efficiently.
• Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and ready for new guests.
• Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive dining experience.
• Learn and follow Cracker Barrel's standards for service and quality.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a team-first mindset.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to create a great guest experience.
• No prior restaurant experience requiredtraining will be provided.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
