Role and Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at Subway, your primary responsibility is to deliver outstanding service to every guest while supporting day-to-day restaurant operations. You will assist in food preparation, maintain cleanliness, ensure quality standards, and promote teamwork to enhance overall customer satisfaction and operational performance.

• Deliver superior guest experiences through consistent hospitality and attentive service.
• Assist with the preparation and presentation of menu items in accordance with Subway's standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment for guests and team members.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability and minimize waste.
• Support team scheduling to ensure efficient operations and optimal staffing coverage.
• Provide guidance to Sandwich Artists™ on operational procedures and food safety requirements.
• Inspect equipment regularly and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Complete administrative tasks such as shift logs, reports, and other documentation accurately and on time.
• Encourage teamwork, collaboration, and a positive work culture among all employees.

Required Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
• Minimum of 12 months of experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and support team members in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in using computers and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Capability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds as needed.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.

• Prior experience in a customer service or supervisory role within the food industry.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
