What You'll Do as a Takeout Staff:

As a Takeout Staff, you'll ensure that our guests enjoy their Cracker Barrel favorites anywhere they go. This tipped role focuses on fast-paced, friendly service and attention to detail as you prepare, package, and deliver to-go orders with care.

• Support a convenient takeaway experience that mirrors the hospitality and care customers receive when visiting us in person
• Accurately fulfill orders and package meals with a commitment to presentation and ensuring they are fully prepared
• Keep an ample stock of condiments, utensils, and packaging supplies available at the to-go station for customer takeout requirements
• Foster collaboration among team members to improve efficiency and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction
