Role and Responsibilities:

As an Area Coach, you will be a multi-unit leader responsible for guiding and developing restaurant teams to achieve operational excellence. You will play a key role in driving sales, mentoring managers, and maintaining high-quality standards across multiple locations.

• Recruit, select, train, coach, and motivate restaurant managers and team members
• Maintain a quality management team across the area through performance evaluation and leadership development
• Teach, develop, and mentor managers while motivating teams to achieve goals
• Foster a positive, high-energy environment focused on excellence and growth
• Communicate with empathy, clarity, and transparency across all levels of the business
• Drive sales and uphold operational standards while managing multiple objectives
• Make effective decisions and prioritize tasks to achieve performance targets

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
• Two years of multi-unit leadership experience in food service or retail environments
• Full operational responsibility experience, including new asset development and rebuilds
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to use various technology platforms to track and measure performance

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range: $68,000$73,000 based on a 40-hour workweek
