Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake biscuits following all company recipes and quality standards with precision and care.
• Operate as an essential part of the kitchen team, collaborating with other staff to ensure smooth morning operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering strictly to sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Manage ingredient levels and communicate supply needs to management to prevent shortages.
• Handle all cooking equipment, including ovens and mixers, safely and responsibly.
• Ensure every biscuit batch meets the expected standards for appearance, texture, and taste.
• Collaborate with shift leaders and managers to ensure breakfast service runs efficiently.
• Complete all necessary logs and records related to food preparation and inventory.
