As a Shift Supervisor at Scooters Coffee, you are a vital part of our team, ensuring that every shift runs smoothly and efficiently. Your leadership directly influences the customer experience, team morale, and overall success of our store. Below are the key expectations for your role.

Leading the Team:

• Assist and mentor team members throughout your shift, ensuring that everyone is knowledgeable about their respective tasks and duties.
• Establish a benchmark for exceptional customer service, product quality, and efficiency as a role model.
• Advocate for teamwork and camaraderie among staff members, creating a pleasant and encouraging environment to sustain their motivation and involvement.

Customer Service Excellence:

• Put customer satisfaction first by greeting each guest warmly and making sure that orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
• Deal with customer problems or complaints by employing a problem-solving strategy aimed at rectifying the issues and enhancing the customer's perception of their experience.
• We should consistently uphold our commitment to providing a fast and pleasant drive-thru experience.

Administration of Shifts and Operational Protocols:

• Assume responsibility for shift scheduling, ensuring breaks are efficiently coordinated to meet staffing levels and maximize efficiency.
• Fulfill responsibilities at the beginning and end of operations, including meticulous cash management, sanitation duties, and inventory verifications.
• Guarantee that the store is consistently clean, organized, and well-equipped with products, with a primary focus on upholding stringent health and safety criteria.

Upholding a reputation for delivering high-quality products consistently is vital for attracting and retaining customers:

• Administer the preparation of beverages and management of food to ensure that all products meet the quality expectations of Scooters Coffee.
• Maintain awareness of stock levels and promptly relay any shortages or concerns to the Store Manager.
• Consistently review equipment functionality and communicate any maintenance requirements promptly to prevent interruptions.

Leadership & Communication:

• Cultivate a culture of open communication within your team, providing them with mentorship and feedback for their advancement.
• Work in tandem with the Store Manager to attain sales targets and operational achievements.
• Be proactive in identifying ways to improve shift performance and implementing effective solutions.

• Stay open to the possibility of working early mornings, weekends, and holidays when required.
