Responsibilities:

• Dishwashers/Bussers play a crucial role in creating a pleasant and sanitized setting for everyone in the restaurant.
• Handling the thorough washing, drying, and sanitization of all dinnerware, glassware, cutlery, and kitchen tools, along with frequently disinfecting high-touch public and staff areas, which directly contributes to an outstanding dining experience.
• Swiftly and efficiently clearing plates and debris from tables after guests depart and quickly resetting them for the next party, which is vital for smooth table turnover and service flow.
• Providing support to the front-of-house staff, which includes maintaining clean and tidy dining sections and assisting with various general upkeep tasks throughout the restaurant as required.
