Job Summary of Production Line Cook:

Working as a Production Line Cook at IHOP, your duties involve managing food storage, preparing ingredients, cooking dishes, and presenting them in a manner that complies with local regulations and IHOP's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Your role is essential in providing guests with exceptional meals that meet their expectations and uphold our dedication to food safety and culinary excellence.

Responsibilities of Production Line Cook:

Foster and manage proficient working relationships with IHOP employees.
Execute food preparation based on the instructions provided in the IHOP SOP manuals.
Absorb and employ the specialized IHOP culinary language, serving styles, menu choices, operational procedures, kitchen implements, acronyms, and techniques.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation at your work area.
It is important to follow all the health, sanitation, and safety instructions that are specific to your location and in the standard operating procedures.
Abide by the IHOP uniform and grooming requirements outlined in the SOP for a standardized look.
