District Manager

Description:

As a District Manager at Hardee's, you will be the core leader overseeing multiple restaurant locations within a specific territory. This pivotal role requires you to mentor and guide the General Managers of each restaurant, ensuring operational consistency and financial success across your district. You will act as the key link between corporate leadership and the individual stores, driving strategic initiatives and fostering a culture of excellence. Your primary objective is to maximize profitability and operational standards throughout your assigned area, by empowering your teams and ensuring exceptional customer service at every location.

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on leadership and support to General Managers to achieve sales, profitability, and operational goals.
• Conduct regular visits to each restaurant in the district to evaluate performance, adherence to brand standards, and overall cleanliness.
• Analyze and manage district-wide performance metrics, including labor costs, food costs, and other key financial indicators.
• Lead the recruitment and development of a high-performing team of General Managers and their staff.
• Implement company policies, promotional campaigns, and new initiatives consistently throughout the district.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, as well as company-wide safety and sanitation protocols.
• Facilitate a positive and collaborative working environment, resolving conflicts and addressing challenges in a professional manner.
• Prepare and present detailed business reviews and performance reports to senior management.
• Champion customer satisfaction by monitoring guest feedback and implementing solutions to enhance the dining experience.
