Job Summary of Food Service Manager:

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Food Service Manager:

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
Hire, train, coach, and manage restaurant associates to deliver quality service.
Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation standards.
Monitor financial performance, including sales, labor, and inventory.
Maintain a positive, safe, and welcoming environment for both team members and guests.
Assist with scheduling, workflow management, and problem resolution.
Participate in ongoing leadership and career development programs.

Qualifications and Experience of Food Service Manager:

High school diploma required.
Flexibility to work in a store within a 50 - mile radius.
Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
Food Safety certification (Serve Safe) required.
Strong communication, leadership, and conflict management skills.
Ability to work in a fast - paced environment, lift up to 50 lbs., and stand for extended periods.
