Role and Responsibilities

As a Restaurant Supervisor at Wingstop, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, provide direction to team members, and ensure smooth, efficient, and customer-focused service during every shift.

• Lead and supervise team members to ensure all operational and service tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by welcoming guests, taking orders accurately, and promptly addressing any concerns with professionalism.
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and serving processes to ensure adherence to Wingstop's quality and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe restaurant environment throughout your shift.
• Motivate, train, and support staff to achieve restaurant goals and foster a collaborative, positive atmosphere.
• Monitor shift operations and escalate any critical issues to the General Manager as needed.

Required Skills and Experience

• Prior experience in the restaurant or food service industry, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong understanding of food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation requirements.
• Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid Food Handler Certification.
• Excellent customer service and team management skills.
• Ability to perform well in high-pressure and fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities with a focus on teamwork and accountability.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
