Role and Responsibilities:

As a Cash Desk Attendant, you'll be the friendly face welcoming guests, handling transactions accurately, and ensuring every customer leaves with a positive experience. You will also support your team in keeping daily operations smooth and efficient.

• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Handle cash, card, and digital transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist with taking and packaging customer orders
• Follow Pizza Hut's food preparation and quality standards when supporting kitchen duties
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at the counter and surrounding space
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure fast and efficient service
• Arrive on time, ready to contribute to a positive team environment

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years old (18 for driver positions)
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented when handling cash transactions
• Team player with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or food service is an advantage, but not required
• Ability to quickly adapt and multitask in a busy environment
