Qualification of Restaurant Shift Manager:
The minimum qualification is a high school diploma, G.E.D., or an equivalent certification.
Candidates with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree are encouraged to apply.
Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience as an Associate Manager or 2 years as a First Assistant Manager to be considered for internal promotion, along with complete workstation certification.
External Recruit: Minimum of 3 years experience managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility preferred.
Being at least 18 years of age is a prerequisite
It is mandatory to finish the training classes for Restaurant Managers
Possession of a ServSafe certification is a requirement.
Requires ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English; excellent interpersonal skills; ability to perform and understand basic math concepts (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division); proven analytical skills; and good organization and planning skills.
