Responsibilities of Production Cook:

• The Five Guys Production Cook showcases their culinary skills by grilling burgers to be juicy and perfectly cooked, assembling sandwiches neatly, and frying Idaho potatoes flawlessly on every occasion.
• Individuals are challenged to reach mastery in each specific position over a training period of 3-4 weeks in this job.
• The tasks of every position intertwine with the subsequent one, instructing a motivated Production Cook on the skills required to multitask efficiently and cooperate effectively with their team.
• While engaged in cooking and meal prep, a motivated chef takes on the added tasks of ensuring kitchen cleanliness, stocking supplies, and generating a lively ambiance for customers.
• While it can be advantageous, previous experience in food service is not a necessity.
• Being focused on collaboration and demonstrating strong analytical skills are essential traits for the job.
• The dynamism and resilience of the team are integral in a work environment that emphasizes collaboration and collective effort.
• Ability to work at a fast pace. Our kitchens have a ton of energy, on-the-line communication and job rotation. Its not for everybody.
• Effective communication is key within our team, as members openly communicate, collaborate, and stay informed about ongoing activities during every work shift.
• Adoration for exquisite cuisine and amazing music. Our specialty lies in creating delicious burgers while vibing to timeless rock and roll melodies. Customers are welcome to sing along too.
