Role and Responsibilities:

As a Bartender at Red Robin, you will deliver beverages with confidence and enthusiasm, providing expert knowledge of drinks and ensuring that every guest experience is positive and unforgettable. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment that values friendly and efficient service. Your key responsibilities include:

• Delivering excellent customer care by showcasing your personality, passion, and refined bartending skills.
• Accurately preparing and dispensing beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintaining a clean and organized bar area to ensure smooth service.
• Ensuring clear communication with both team members and guests to promote effective service.
• Adhering to safety, sanitation, and regulations associated with serving alcohol.
• Working collaboratively with the team to provide an outstanding dining experience for all guests.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age to apply.
• Prior experience in bartending, bar backing, or serving is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with guests.
• A proven ability to perform well in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly wage: $15.95 per hour for 40 hours of work per week, plus potential tips.
• Incentives and bonuses for job recommendations and referrals.
• Eligibility for the Stock Purchase Program after one year of service and working a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Flexible work schedules to accommodate work-life balance.
