Understand the menu thoroughly to accurately describe dishes to customers
Provide exceptional service for all To-Go and dine-in orders
Assist customers in placing To-Go orders via phone, responding promptly within the standard timeframe
Follow correct procedures when submitting orders
Operate POS terminals efficiently to complete financial transactions
