Job Summary of Bartender:

This position focuses on creating an enjoyable bar experience by serving beverages accurately, efficiently, and with a friendly attitude. The role supports overall restaurant operations by maintaining a clean work area, upholding brand standards, and ensuring guests receive attentive and exceptional hospitality.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Bartender:

Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with Applebee's recipes and guidelines.
Provide outstanding guest interaction, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience.
Keep the bar stocked, organized, and sanitized at all times.
Comply with company and state regulations related to responsible alcohol service.
Work cooperatively with front of house staff to maintain smooth restaurant operations and consistent service quality.

Qualifications and Experience of Bartender:

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Prior bartending experience is preferred but not mandatory; training provided.
Friendly attitude, strong teamwork, and professional presentation.
High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
