Qualifications:

• Proven experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry, preferably in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on coaching and feedback.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory control and labor management.

Responsibilities:

• Shift Ownership and Leadership: Take full accountability for the execution and profitability of your shifts, ensuring all operational standards are consistently met.
• Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving: Serve as a Step Change Thinker by quickly identifying root issues in complex situations, encouraging innovative solutions, and being open to discussing new approaches with the team.
• Operational Excellence: Execute core operations procedures, including effective management of product projections, shift accountability, repair and maintenance (R&M) processes, and maintaining strict control over Cost of Sales (COS) and Cost of Labor (COL) to ensure shift success.
• Continuous Improvement: Act as a Know How Builder by actively seeking and applying continuous feedback to enhance personal performance and effectively execute established shift success routines.
• Team Development & Culture: Serve as a People Grower, championing and embodying the How We Win Together (HWWT) and Achieving Breakthrough Results (ABR) cultural values within the store.
• Coaching and Training: Support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and Assistant Unit Manager (AUM) in implementing training strategies using the Learning Zone and hands-on, shoulder-to-shoulder activities.
• Performance Management: Utilize the EARS Model (Explore, Analyze, Respond, and Making it Stick) to effectively coach and build the capability of team members. This includes holding individuals accountable for performance that falls short of expectations.
• Recognition and Energy: Recognize employees for outstanding performance using CHAMPS cards to reinforce breakthrough achievements and maintain a demonstration of high, positive energy at all times.
