Our franchise organization, John Gomez Enterprises, LLC dba Golden Corral, is currently seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team!Entering and leaving Golden Corral are two of the most critical moments in the guest's experience because lasting impressions are formed during these moments. The Host's interactions with our guests and these impressions ultimately dictate whether the guest will return.

Operational Excellence:

• Notifies the manager of the appropriate time to move cash from the register to the secure safe in order to reduce the likelihood of robbery.
• Ensures that the daily paperwork reflects the correct balance in the drawer.

Guest Service:

• Extends a personal greeting to arriving patrons and offers a genuine invitation to return as they depart.
• Provides support services to guests who seek assistance.
• Ensures the smooth processing of GC To Go orders.
• Courteous and pleasant in phone communication.
• Handles payments accurately.
• Comprehends and complies with responsibilities tied to just-in-time delivery.
• Fully aware of the items featured on the buffet for the day and possesses detailed information about the menu offerings and their costs.

Cleanliness:

• Keeps the vestibule, host/cashier station, and surrounding areas organized and clutter-free.
• Assistance is required to guarantee the proper setup of the buffet and the accuracy of labels. This also encompasses maintaining cleanliness in the buffet areas and their vicinity.
• Adheres to the ordinances set by the neighborhood health department.
• Manages duty rosters to meet cleanliness, service, and quality standards consistently.
