The Interactive Game Technician is responsible for maintaining peak operational efficiency of games, simulators, and technical systems, while also ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional, fun-filled experience.

Responsibilities:

• Execute preventative and corrective maintenance on all interactive games, simulators, and technical infrastructure.
• Proactively manage the arcade environment, ensuring optimal playing conditions and assisting guests with game operation and issues.
• Contribute to delivering an unparalleled patron experience by blending high-quality entertainment, food, and beverages in a celebratory atmosphere.
• Immediately report significant operational problems or unusual occurrences to the supervisor, proposing and implementing corrective measures promptly.
• Ensure prompt, accurate service delivery, actively managing guest wait times and sharing necessary updates with patrons and management.
• Enthusiastically welcome and interact with guests while juggling various operational tasks.
• Smile and acknowledge all guests entering the gaming area.
• Provide timely assistance and technical repair for all amusement devices.
• Accurately load and secure tickets for redemption games, maintaining strict control over all ticket stock.
• Address all guest inquiries, fulfill requests, and offer appropriate recommendations.
• Offer a warm departure to guests leaving the establishment, confirming satisfaction and extending an invitation for a return visit.
• Escalate any instances of perceived guest dissatisfaction to management immediately.
• Manage inventory, presentation, and security of all merchandise within designated storage and display areas.
• Conduct physical inventory counts of merchandise as required during or after the shift.
• Monitor and restock essential operational supplies, ensuring all areas meet company standards.
• Communicate and strategize with management regarding areas needing improvement.
• Inspect the cleanliness and orderliness of all gaming sections.
• Guarantee that all game units are clean and free of obstructions.
• Ensure displays are strategically arranged to boost customer traffic and merchandise sales.
• Support the daily cleaning and organization of the technical workshop and storage facilities.
• Execute routine, periodic (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) equipment maintenance safely and efficiently as directed by leadership.
• Provide assistance with general facility upkeep as assigned.
• Support other team members to ensure smooth overall operation.
• Cultivate a positive and collaborative professional relationship with all colleagues to promote an efficient and harmonious workplace.
