Role and Responsibilities:

As the Operations Manager at Wingstop, you will oversee restaurant operations to ensure top-quality food, exceptional service, and team productivity. You will be responsible for developing staff, driving profitability, and maintaining compliance with all operational standards. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership, and a hands-on approach to ensure consistent execution across all areas.

• Supervise daily restaurant operations to maintain quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members to build a motivated and high-performing workforce.
• Lead by example to promote a culture of hospitality, accountability, and teamwork.
• Implement cost-control strategies to optimize labor and food expenses while maximizing profitability.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze reports, and implement strategies to achieve sales and profit goals.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations, maintaining operational compliance.
• Facilitate regular team meetings to align goals, recognize achievements, and reinforce company values.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in restaurant or food service management with strong leadership and operational expertise.
• Prior experience within the Wingstop system is highly preferred.
• Valid Food Manager Certification required.
• Valid TABC Certification preferred, demonstrating a commitment to responsible and compliant alcohol service.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to designated store locations as needed.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a focus on team collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results.
