Hospitality Team Member

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Hospitality Team Member, you will ensure guests enjoy a positive dining experience while supporting smooth restaurant operations.

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly support
• Assist customers in understanding menu offerings and promotions
• Escort guests to designated seating arrangements
• Address guest complaints promptly and effectively to maintain satisfaction
• Proactively clean tables and chairs to maintain a hygienic environment
• Offer complimentary mints to guests after their dining experience
• Keep the dining area organized and manage waste efficiently
• Build meaningful connections with guests and team members
• Foster transparent communication between front counter and dining teams
• Strictly adhere to sanitation and safety guidelines

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum age of 16 years
• Availability on weekends, including Fridays and Saturdays
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently
• Capability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented, flexible, dependable, and dedicated to responsibilities
• Positive attitude focused on meeting customer needs
• Strong communication skills with guests and team members
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting wage of $13 per hour for employees 18 and older, $8.65 per hour for those under 18
