Responsibilities for Regional Director:

• Manage the day-to-day running of the restaurant, which encompasses overseeing the opening and closing protocols, managing cash flow, controlling inventory, and ensuring that the brand's standards are met.
• Promote exceptional customer care by nurturing a warm and inviting guest-oriented setting.
• Be a role model by showcasing professionalism, a robust work ethic, and unwavering adherence to company values.
• Attract, onboard, teach, and manage team members, such as Shift Leaders, Supervisors, and Crew Members.
• Encourage a favorable workplace setting by emphasizing cooperation, mentoring, productive critiques, and addressing disputes constructively.
• Establish educational courses designed to boost team performance and progress.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety rules, food handling protocols, and sanitation guidelines.
• Evaluate feedback from guests and create initiatives aimed at boosting satisfaction levels and refining service standards.
• Create and carry out plans to improve efficiency, minimize wastage, and maximize productivity within operations.
• Supervise and regulate the costs associated with food and labor, oversee stock levels, and reduce inefficiencies to increase profits.
• Foster relationships with the local residents to discover partnership potentials.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in the sector, monitor competitor movements, and understand customer inclinations to uncover avenues for growth. Share the primary focuses, aims, and accomplishments of the eatery
• Communicating metrics successfully to the team.
• Manage the launch of fresh products, overseeing staff training sessions, implementing marketing strategies, and conducting product sampling events.
• Process DCP and vendor orders accurately to manage stock levels effectively.
• Ensure that financial targets are met and budgetary objectives are fulfilled.
• Collaborate with Dunkin' and Inspire Brands Field Operations staff when necessary.
• Carry out the tasks of restaurant team members as required.

Requirements for Regional Director:

• 2 years of General Manager experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proficient in basic computer, math, and financial management.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Strong analytical and business acumen.
• Team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.
  Punctual, honest, and positive attitude.
• Adaptable with a willingness to learn and embrace change.
• Ability to train, develop, and provide constructive feedback.
• Guest-focused with strong problem-solving and conflict management skills.
• Effective time management and motivational leadership.
  College degree preferred.
