Job Summary of General Manager:

Responsible for leading daily restaurant operations by fostering a culture of excellence, supporting team development, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Job Duties and Responsibilities of General Manager:

• Monitor and manage financial performance, including profit and loss, labor, and food costs.
