Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of proven management experience in a high-volume food service or retail setting, with a strong track record of managing profit and loss (P&L) statements, ideally within a quick-service restaurant (QSR) environment.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure comprehensive operational oversight.
• Ability to perform all physical tasks associated with restaurant operations, including lifting, carrying, stacking, pushing, or pulling moderately heavy objects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, including Assistant General Managers, Shift Managers, and Team Members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Drive profitability by meticulously managing cash handling and security procedures, optimizing inventory controls, effectively scheduling labor, analyzing financial reports, and implementing strategic cost-saving measures.
• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from interviewing and hiring to comprehensive onboarding and ongoing performance management for all restaurant staff.
• Ensure consistent operational excellence by providing continuous coaching and training, upholding brand standards, and delivering an exceptional customer experience with every interaction.
• Conduct thorough bi-weekly inventory counts and manage all supply ordering to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Maintain the highest standards of restaurant cleanliness and food safety, guaranteeing a welcoming and hygienic environment for both guests and employees.
• Possess the ability to stand and walk consistently throughout entire shifts, demonstrating physical endurance required for the role.
• Comfortably navigate confined spaces and proficiently operate all restaurant equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
