This role involves both back-of-house food preparation and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace. Qualifications:

• Must arrive at work punctually for all scheduled shifts.
• Ability to maintain flexible scheduling to meet business needs.
• Well-groomed and professional in appearance.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.
• A minimum of basic understanding of operating commercial kitchen equipment (including fryers and ovens).
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and carry it a distance of up to 30 feet.
• Physical ability to push/pull up to 90 lbs for a distance of up to 30 feet.
• Ability to remain standing and walking throughout the majority of a work shift.
• Familiarity with and adherence to all company policies and operational processes.

Responsibilities:

• Food Preparation and Cooking: Accurately preparing food and cooking KFC's famous products according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Inventory Management: Responsible for unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, maintaining required inventory levels, and preparing products efficiently.
• Safety and Cleanliness: Diligently adhering to all food safety and sanitation procedures (following food & safety procedures and reporting any issues to management).
• Maintenance: Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, which includes the preparation areas, parking lot, building exterior, dumpster area, and sidewalks, as well as proper disposal of waste.
• Customer Experience (Action Driver): Consistently creating a winning experience for every customer by actively following standards like CHAMPS and CFF (Cleanliness, Friendliness, Food) and expertly executing the BLAST sequence (Believe, Listen, Apologize, Satisfy, Thank).
