Qualifications

• Previous experience in a dynamic restaurant or kitchen setting is a plus.
• A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a strong dedication to upholding cleanliness and sanitation protocols.
• Capable of meeting the physical demands of the role, including prolonged standing, lifting, and carrying.
• Must be available and willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum age of 18 years is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the immaculate cleanliness and systematic organization of all kitchen zones, including floors, walls, equipment, and workstations.
• Operate dishwashing machinery with efficiency and precision, guaranteeing all dishes, glassware, and utensils are impeccably clean and sanitized.
• Assist in the proper handling, storage, and rotation of food ingredients and supplies to minimize waste.
• Provide essential support to the culinary team by assisting with various preparation tasks, such as washing, peeling, and dicing produce.
• Properly manage and dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with established guidelines.
• Strictly adhere to all operational, safety, and sanitation regulations, company policies, and relevant federal/state/local laws.
• Proactively identify and address any cleanliness or maintenance concerns within the dining areas or restrooms.
• Work collaboratively with all team members to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
• Aid in the receiving and systematic organization of deliveries, confirming all items are stored correctly.
