Role and Responsibilities:

As a Cashier at Burger King, you will play an essential role in supporting daily restaurant operations by providing friendly customer service and ensuring smooth order processing. You will be responsible for maintaining an inviting and efficient work environment during your shift.

• Start conversations with visitors by maintaining eye contact and smiling, as well as responding to any menu-related queries they may have
• Accurately record customer orders in the POS system, ensuring special instructions are included
• Complete payment procedures by accepting cash, credit card payments, and assorted payment options, guaranteeing precise amounts are returned to customers upon completion of transactions
• To cater to customer preferences, analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify top-selling items or commonly requested combinations. Use this information to create new menu options that are tailored to meet the needs and preferences of your clientele
• Keep the cash register in equilibrium and abide by the appropriate guidelines for cash management
• Address customer concerns in a professional manner and authorize refunds as appropriate
• Construct food requests following designated requirements, which include packing and condiment additions
• It is essential to have a tidy and well-arranged work environment, which includes surfaces, payment stations, customer seating areas, washrooms, and the outside premises
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards related to the safety and cleanliness of food handling
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
• Conduct audits on cash drawers and comply with the prescribed guidelines for managing cash on a daily basis

• Success in a high-speed environment involves excelling at managing multiple responsibilities, organizing tasks based on importance, and being meticulous
