District Supervisor

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of store management, including assessing employee performance, scheduling, and the execution of daily operational procedures.
• Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and attractiveness of store environments.
• Raise the bar for customer service excellence and resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to ensure consistent performance and satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages or excessive surplus.
• Track key performance indicators and take action to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Follow protocols for handling cash and completing daily financial records accurately.
• Collaborate with key decision-makers to streamline operations and achieve corporate objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in managing retail or food service operations.
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of motivating and managing teams effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• In-depth knowledge of local health codes and food safety guidelines.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with inventory management and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
• A high school diploma is required; any relevant certifications or courses are considered a plus.
