As a To Go Specialist for Olive Garden, you serve as the dedicated host and central organizer for our entire off-premise guest experience. Your primary focus is on managing the high-volume takeout program, ensuring every order whether placed online, over the phone, or for curbside pickup is handled with utmost speed, accuracy, and genuine hospitality. Responsibilities:

• To Go Specialists maintain a consistent schedule, working no more than 50 hours per week with two dedicated days off.
• Direct the complete off-premise service flow, from initial order entry to final guest hand-off.
• Ensure meticulous preparation and packaging of all takeout meals, verifying accuracy and completeness before distribution.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and efficient flow of the dedicated To Go preparation and pickup zone.
• Deliver friendly and prompt service to guests picking up their food, effectively resolving any order-related questions or concerns.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and server teams to synchronize order preparation and timing for optimal efficiency.
• Rigorously adhere to all Olive Garden standards for food quality, handling, and sanitation compliance.
