Role and Responsibilities:

As a Crew Member, you will provide excellent service and maintain Wendy's standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness.

Apply knowledge of positional skills, customer service, health and safety regulations, and all Wendy's policies and procedures.
Deliver quality products and service in a clean and safe environment to every customer.
Work with a positive attitude and demonstrate strong customer service skills.
Perform duties on site in accordance with scheduling requirements, including the ability to work different shifts.
Use a headset for taking orders and following direction.
Handle tasks in a fast-paced environment, which may include exposure to noise, heat, cold, and other elements.
Perform physical activities such as bending, kneeling, lifting (up to 2530 pounds), and standing for long periods.

Requirements:

Ability to work various shifts as scheduled.
Authorization to work in the United States.
Strong customer service skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
