Role and Responsibilities:

As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations during your shift, ensuring cost controls, inventory management, cash handling, and exceptional customer interactions. You will set the example for the team and ensure adherence to all policies and procedures.

• Manage store operations during opening or closing shifts.
• Control costs, monitor inventory, and manage cash accurately.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional interaction in person and by phone.
• Operate all equipment safely and efficiently.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas to storage and workstations.
• Prepare products according to quality and safety standards.
• Receive and process telephone orders accurately.

• Motor coordination for rapid and precise movements during food preparation and equipment handling.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, climb, and reach as required.
• Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle for delivery duties.
• Ability to memorize recipes, portion amounts, and follow detailed job aids.
• Experience in quick-service restaurant (QSR) environments preferred.
