Role and Responsibilities:

In this role, you will engage with customers, ensure product readiness, and help maintain smooth store operations. Your focus will be on accurate and timely order processing while upholding cleanliness and safety standards.

• Operate store tools and machinery cautiously and efficiently.
• Organize incoming goods into storage, workstations, and refrigerated areas.
• Prepare food products following company standards.
• Accurately process and fulfill orders from phone and in-person requests.
• Manage inventory and complete related paperwork.
• Maintain daily hygiene of equipment and store facilities.
• Follow orientation and on-the-job training guidelines.
• Understand and communicate precise written information.
• Use clear communication with customers and team members for smooth order processing.
• Perform basic math to provide correct monetary change.
• Document customer preferences accurately using computerized systems or touch screens.
• Follow safety protocols when handling hot, sharp, or moving items.
• Support a clean and organized work environment.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with customers and coworkers.
• Basic numerical ability to calculate and return change accurately.
• Good motor coordination for precise and efficient task execution.
• Hand-eye coordination skills for food preparation and tool use.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team under pressure while maintaining quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in fast-paced food service or retail environments (optional).
• Familiarity with computerized order processing systems (optional).
