Role and Responsibilities:

As a Crew Member, you will contribute to the daily success of the restaurant through food preparation, guest service, and teamwork. You will provide consistent, high-quality service that aligns with Wendy' brand standards while enjoying a fun and rewarding work environment.

• Greet and serve guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Prepare fresh food items according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including prep areas, dining areas, and restrooms.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist team members and managers to achieve daily operational goals.
• Adapt to different job roles as needed, including cashier, kitchen prep, or dining room support.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Positive attitude and a people-first mindset.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
• Basic communication skills.
• No prior restaurant experience required; training provided.
