Responsibilities:

• Bar Staff members at Olive Garden are crucial in improving our guests' dining by accurately and thoughtfully preparing and serving various drinks.
• Keep the bar space clean, organized, and spotless, which includes all glassware, equipment, and drink stations, consistently adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Prepare and pour both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages precisely following Olive Garden's standard recipes and accommodating specific guest requests.
• Interact with patrons in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner, offering insightful suggestions and guaranteeing their complete satisfaction with their beverage choices.
• Oversee and manage bar inventory, confirming sufficient stock levels of all supplies and actively working to reduce waste.
