As a Busser at Dave & Buster's, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the flow and cleanliness of our dining areas, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and enjoyable experience. You will be responsible for clearing and resetting tables efficiently, assisting servers, and keeping the restaurant spotless. • Possesses excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
• Capable of understanding and following detailed instructions.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to an exceptional guest experience by maintaining a clean and inviting dining environment.
• Promptly clears dishes, glassware, and refuse from tables.
• Efficiently wipes down and sanitizes tables, chairs, and surrounding areas.
• Sets tables with clean silverware, napkins, and necessary condiments.
• Assists servers by refilling water glasses and delivering non-alcoholic beverages as needed.
• Supports Full hands in, Full hands out philosophy by actively bringing items to and from the kitchen.
• Helps with the setup and breakdown of party areas.
• Maintains clean floors by sweeping or mopping spills and debris.
• Ensures adequate stock of clean dishes, glasses, and utensils in the service areas.
• Collaborates effectively with all team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Communicates any guest concerns or unusual situations to a manager immediately.
• Adheres strictly to all company sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Maintains a neat, clean, and professional appearance in accordance with dress code requirements.
• Is able to work days, nights, and/or weekends as business demands.
• Can work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with varying conditions.
• Is able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Can move throughout the facility and stand for extended periods.
• Is able to walk or stand for 100% of the shift.
• Is able to frequently reach, bend, and stoop.
