Typical responsibilities:

• Fashion an assortment of handmade mixed drinks, alcohol-free mocktails, and specialized beverages with precision and creativity, employing high-grade components, techniques, and adornments. Continually explore and unveil innovative and appealing drink innovations.
• Improve customer service quality by warmly welcoming clients, engaging in friendly and professional conversations, and comprehending their preferences. Deliver tailored recommendations and suggestions based on their preferences for a personalized and pleasant experience.
• Take and process drink orders efficiently, serving beverages with attention to detail and presentation in compliance with company guidelines.
• Present an in-depth understanding of classic and contemporary mixology, involving a wide array of spirits, liqueurs, bitters, and other ingredients. Stay abreast of emerging trends and novel methodologies within the mixology sphere.
• Keep the bar area well-organized and clean, ensuring that all glassware, utensils, and bar tools are sanitized and within reach. Adhere to safety and hygiene procedures, which include the appropriate handling and storage of ingredients.
• Acquiring certification in safe alcohol service training is the result of completing the designated training program
• Engage in effective teamwork with other staff members like servers, kitchen employees, and supervisors to ensure operational effectiveness and a positive customer experience. Assist during busy periods and offer support in various departments as required.
• Process customer payments with accuracy, manage cash responsibly, and maintain the security of the cash register, all while documenting sales, tips, and inventory meticulously to aid in effective management and financial transparency.

Requisite background and skill set:

• Capability in executing thorough bar and wine serving techniques
• Profound understanding of luxurious dining
• Successful candidates must be able to lift, handle, and transport beverage products, supplies, glass racks, smallwares, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
• Proficient communication and attentive listening are essential for engaging with supervisors, coworkers, and clients.
