Role and Responsibilities:

As a Bakery Coordinator at Wingstop, you will take charge of daily operational excellence, drive efficiency, and lead team development while maintaining Wingstop's high standards for quality and customer satisfaction. This position requires a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about people, process improvement, and delivering exceptional results.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations to ensure excellence in food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and teamwork.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members to foster an environment of respect, collaboration, and enthusiasm.
• Lead by example through hands-on engagement and strong customer interaction.
• Manage inventory, scheduling, and ordering processes to optimize efficiency and control costs.
• Monitor financial performance, set goals, and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, sanitation, and company compliance standards.
• Conduct regular team meetings to align goals and reinforce company values.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to execute marketing campaigns and community engagement initiatives.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally to maintain strong satisfaction ratings.
• Promote continuous improvement and team growth through mentorship and skill-building opportunities.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven leadership experience in managing restaurant or food service operations, preferably within Wingstop or similar establishments.
• Valid Food Manager Certification required.
• Valid TABC Certification required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between store locations as needed.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Adherence to Wingstop's uniform standards, including slip-resistant black shoes.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
• Strong ethical standards, accountability, and a professional demeanor.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences and mentoring staff for success.
