Qualifications:

  • Proven capability to efficiently use the Micros Point of Sale system, including processing payments, accurately handling cash transactions, and accounting for all assigned funds at the close of a shift.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
  • Must meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years old.
  • A demonstrated flair for communicating effectively with guests to generate excitement and enthusiasm for the unique D&B experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Create an unmatched guest experience by delivering the perfect blend of entertainment, expertly made drinks, and quality food in a premier setting for celebration and fun.
  • Keep the supervising manager promptly and fully informed of any significant issues, concerns, or unusual occurrences.
  • Take immediate action to resolve problems when appropriate or suggest suitable alternative solutions.
  • Cultivate a welcoming, enjoyable, and high-energy atmosphere for both guests and fellow team members.
  • Strictly adhere to all company sanitation and cleanliness standards.
  • Maintain accountability for a personal cash bank, guaranteeing the precision of all financial dealings by operating credit card systems correctly, providing the right change, and keeping an adequate supply of cash for transactions.
  • Comply with all responsible alcohol service protocols for preventing over-intoxication and managing inebriated guests.
  • Observe and evaluate guest behavior to identify situations that require escalation to a manager.
  • Acknowledge and greet seated guests in a timely and cheerful manner.
  • Accurately record and transmit all guest orders for food and beverages.
  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the entire menu to confidently answer questions about preparation methods and ingredients for both food and drink selections.
  • Swiftly and logically input orders into the Micros system, using all necessary modifications and charges.
  • Ensure beverages are correctly prepared and garnished, and deliver orders to the designated areas, assisting other sections as business demands.
  • Perform tasks quickly and with high efficiency, upholding the operational standard of carrying items both to and from service areas (Full hands in, Full hands out).
  • Provide assistance with the arrangement and cleanup of private party and event spaces.
  • Help clear and prepare tables for new guests when necessary.
  • Offer support to other team members as required or as dictated by the restaurant's operational needs.
  • Be responsible for all sales logged under personal Micros access and complete all assigned station setup and closing duties.
  • Actively participate in promotional contests and incentives to boost sales and enhance brand visibility.
  • Follow precise drink and food portioning standards to maintain cost control while maximizing the guest's satisfaction.
  • Ensure sustained guest satisfaction by conducting timely check-backs, keeping beverages replenished, removing used dishware, pre-bussing, and promptly addressing any guest requirements.
  • Keep the assigned work area neat, clean, and appropriately set up throughout the shift.
  • Maintain a positive and supportive working relationship with all colleagues to promote a unified, productive, and high-morale team setting.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to ignite excitement about the overall D&B experience.
  • Actively listen to understand guest needs and orders, and effectively communicate with guests verbally and with colleagues through the Micros system.
  • Present a clean, neat, and professional image by adhering strictly to the company's dress code policy at all times.

  • Be available to work various shifts including days, nights, and/or weekends.
  • Operate within a loud, high-speed environment subject to distractions.
  • Record information through handwritten notes.
  • Lift and transport items weighing up to 30 pounds.
  • Move throughout the facility and remain standing for extended periods.
  • Spend 100% of the shift walking or standing.
  • Regularly engage in reaching, bending, and stooping motions.
