As a Cocktail Server at Olive Garden, you play an essential role in elevating our guests' dining experience from the moment they arrive. Your primary focus is on the beverage service, transforming a meal into a truly special occasion. You will be the expert voice of our drink offerings, skillfully guiding patrons through our wine, beer, and cocktail selections, suggesting the perfect accompaniment to our beloved Italian dishes. Excellent service, precise order management, and a deep understanding of our beverage program are crucial. Responsibilities:

• Accurately receive and promptly deliver drink and cocktail orders to dining guests, focusing on speed and precision.
• Act as a resource on the full beverage menu, offering informed suggestions, descriptions of preparation, and ideal food pairings.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all service and bar staging areas, strictly following company sanitation protocols.
• Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with bartenders, kitchen staff, and fellow servers to ensure smooth, synchronized service flow.
• Handle all financial transactions, including processing cash and credit card payments, with honesty and accuracy.
• Proactively observe and address guest needs before being asked, ensuring their continuous comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.
