Job Summary of Kitchen Crew Member:

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting daily restaurant operations. Team members maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, prepare food according to brand and safety standards, and uphold Dairy Queen's commitment to quality and service.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Kitchen Crew Member:

Represent the Dairy Queen brand professionally and provide a friendly, welcoming experience to all guests.
Greet and interact with guests enthusiastically while delivering timely, high - quality service.
Prepare food products quickly and accurately following restaurant, health, and safety standards.
Operate and maintain restaurant equipment safely, including grills, fryers, and freezers.
Complete preparation work for stocking and setting up food stations.
Address guest concerns calmly and follow service recovery procedures.
Work collaboratively with team members and management to maintain a cooperative work environment.
Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment for guests and staff.
Demonstrate a consistent passion for excellence in all tasks.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support restaurant operations.

Qualifications and Experience of Kitchen Crew Member:

Strong communication skills and positive attitude when interacting with guests and co - workers.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
Capable of standing for entire shifts and lifting up to 50 pounds as required.
Comfortable handling raw, frozen, and cooked food products, including temperature - sensitive items.
Knowledge of proper food handling procedures and compliance with local health regulations.
Good personal hygiene, punctuality, and enthusiasm for providing excellent service.
