About the Role:

Basic Qualifications:

• Experienced in overseeing teams and delegating tasks for over six months
• Established experience of more than six months in direct customer interactions within a service setting
• One year of experience providing customer service, with a preference for individuals with a background in retail or restaurant settings
• Ensuring consistent attendance and punctuality, whether accommodations are required or not
• Ready to work during different time slots, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and nights
• Capable of supporting or educating others in the art of food and beverage preparation, ensuring adherence to recipes and personalized requirements
• Capacity to adhere to all operational policies and standards, covering safety protocols, cash management, and the standard of beverages served
