Role and Responsibilities of Cashier/Team Member:

The role of a Cashier/Team Member requires you to maintain a positive outlook, friendly manner, eagerness, and quick response time to ensure patrons choose our establishment for their meals time and again. You will receive training for the crucial job competencies, regardless of your prior experience

• Establish effective communication with clients through a warm and friendly greeting.
• Skillfully handle cash registers to accurately accept payments and process transactions.
• Provide assistance to customers in utilizing digital ordering functionalities and Mobile App Rewards to establish committed advocates of our brand.
• Achieve perfection in crafting our signature beverages and icy desserts.
• Carry out positional cleaning tasks to ensure cleanliness and create an inviting atmosphere.
• Manage the payment and collection windows with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
• Facilitate and pack dine-in and drive-thru requests accurately.
• Handle transactions involving cash, credit, or check payments and ensure customers are provided with the appropriate change and an official receipt.
• Manage transactions with a close eye on ensuring accurate pricing and quantities.
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby, replenish straws, napkins, and condiments for customer convenience.
• Ensure tables and beverage areas are free of dirt and grime by sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces.
• Skillfully handle returns and refunds, and address customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain the stock of napkins, condiments, and utensils throughout your working hours.
• Always remember to follow safety and health guidelines without deviation.
• Provide assistance with the starting or ending protocols as necessary.

Required Skills and Experience of Cashier/Team Member:

• Buoyant energy, fervency, and a sense of swiftness.
• Proficient in customer interaction and excelling in communication proficiency.
• Capability to successfully interact with both customers and team members.
• The accurate handling of cash transactions necessitates a strong foundation in basic math skills.
• Competency in utilizing and managing cash registers and POS technology.
• Effectively managing multiple tasks under pressure in a rapid environment.
• Competency to handle prolonged periods of standing during shifts.
• Desire to learn and adhere to instructions effectively.
• Ability to foster teamwork and engage in collaborative endeavors.
• Requirement to have availability for diverse schedules, encompassing mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications for Cashier/Team Member:

• Former experience working as a cashier or in customer service roles within the food service or retail industries.
• Experience in the efficient use of POS systems and cash registers for sales transactions.
• Basic computer knowledge.
