- Annual earnings: $42,900 - $45,760 in hourly wage.
- Daily cash tip share: Earn an additional $2,200 - $7,800 or more.
- Operating partner bonus: Earn an additional $1,560 - $4,680 annually.
- Training program: Designed to increase income potential and provide opportunities for advancement into new positions.
- Health insurance: Paid health insurance, with a portion of the premium covered by the company.
Combined, these earning opportunities create a starting income potential of $46,660 - $58,240 annually, with further growth available through performance and development.
