Role and Responsibilities:

As a Frontline Supervisor, you will lead the restaurant team through effective communication, coaching, and collaboration to deliver an outstanding guest experience during every shift.

• Lead and mentor team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations and maintain high service standards.
• Provide a warm welcome to guests, accurately take and process orders, and resolve any customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Promote a positive team environment by modeling hospitality, attentiveness, and efficiency throughout the shift.
• Ensure food preparation, presentation, and service comply with company quality and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and kitchen areas during shifts.
• Assign duties to team members and ensure accountability for performance and adherence to company policies.
• Monitor restaurant workflow, address issues proactively, and communicate with management as needed.
• Assist with training new team members to align them with Wingstop's values and operational goals.
• Collaborate with other leaders to enhance guest satisfaction and team morale.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Valid Food Handler Certification is required.
• Previous restaurant or quick-service industry experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a team with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with attention to quality and detail.
• Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
