Job Duties and Responsibilities of Service Manager:
Drive sales, maintain service standards, and enhance guest satisfaction
Oversee compliance with employment policies and maintain restaurant cleanliness and guest safety
Provide or coordinate Front of House training programs
Manage performance of Front of House employees, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
Control liquor orders and costs while adhering to Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
Support employee development through daily feedback and mentorship
Participate in recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of Front of House staff
Plan work schedules, assign tasks, and direct daily operations before, during, and after restaurant hours

Ensure safe food handling and operational standards are consistently practiced
Qualifications and Experience of Service Manager:
Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles
