Job Duties and Responsibilities of Front Counter Crew Member:

• Act as an ambassador of the Dairy Queen brand, maintaining professionalism in all aspects of performance.
• Enthusiastically greet and welcome fans, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Assist customers with menu navigation and answer product ingredient questions to ensure a satisfying experience.
• Work to exceed customer expectations by delivering prompt and high-quality service.
• Address customer concerns calmly, following Dairy Queen's service recovery standards.
• Collaborate effectively with management and fellow team members to maintain a positive and cooperative work environment.
• Prepare treat products in accordance with restaurant, health, and safety standards and procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and inviting environment for customers and team members.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for excellence in every aspect of the role.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support restaurant operations.

Qualifications and Experience of Front Counter Crew Member:

• Ability to communicate positively with customers and co-workers throughout the shift.
• Ability to perform well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of and adherence to established food handling procedures and local health regulations.
• Exhibit good manners, personal hygiene, and punctuality at all times.
• Maintain a fun, positive attitude throughout the shift, contributing to a supportive team atmosphere.
