Basic Qualifications:

• Previous experience is not essential
• Consistently show up on time and maintain regular attendance, with or without necessary adjustments
• Willing to work varying schedules such as mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
• Uphold store protocols and expectations, guaranteeing the provision of quality beverages and food offerings, managing cash transactions, and maintaining store safety and security, with or without reasonable adjustments
• Understand and attend to customer needs by engaging with them through articulate and congenial communication
• Prepare meals and beverages according to standard or personalized formulas
• Carry out a variety of responsibilities within the store throughout each work period
• Demonstrated ability to easily acquire new knowledge and skills
• Competence in comprehending and following oral and written instructions, with a proactive approach to requesting clarification as and when required
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Collaborative skills refer to the capacity to function effectively within a group setting
